My Promise

As a sole practitioner in a fully automated law office, I can give specialized attention to each client providing them with efficient, cost-effective solutions to their legal needs. Members of my family began practicing law in St. Petersburg in 1936. This tradition has provided me with extensive contacts throughout the legal and business community, so, even if your legal problem is outside my area of expertise, I am able to refer clients to other qualified attorneys and associates who are able to aid with any legal issue.

When a loved one dies, the family needs professional advice to assist them through a difficult time. I promise you that each individual and family will be afforded the professional assistance and personal attention you deserve. I can evaluate your trust or estate situation and advise you on the proper course of action.

When considering your own “Life Plan,” your most critical estate planning objective is to secure a future which provides for you and your loved ones. I can discuss with you the details and intricacies of various estate planning tools, including Wills, Trusts, Deeds, Powers of Attorney, and Health Care Directives. I can review each probate planning tool with you and how each will affect you now, and what your loved ones may expect in the future. Each client has circumstances that need individual attention, and I can suggest which course of action may best suit your needs.

I am here to help you navigate the sometimes confusing and complex aspects of estate planning and the administration of estates and trusts. I pride myself serving in the tradition of the family lawyer providing personal, professional service.

Legal Practice Areas

With offices located in St. Petersburg, Florida, Gregory H.  Fisher provides a wide range of legal services to clients throughout west central Florida. His areas of practice include

Estate Planning

Estate planning is the process of making a plan for your assets and your wishes for your health care and finances in the event that you become incapacitated or die. This includes wills, trusts, powers-of-attorney, health care directives, Lady Bird Deeds and living wills.

Probate

These services include formal administration, summary administration, ancillary administration, disposition without administration and transfer of the homestead. There are a variety of procedures that can be used to accomplish the probate process and they are not always the long and costly “horror” stories sometimes attributed to probate.

Trust administration

The administration of a trust can be challenging and may require assisting family members and successor trustees with the proper administration of a trust instrument, helping them ensure that the process is completed in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.

Real Estate

The Law Office of Gregory H. Fisher, can assist in residential sale and purchase of a home or condominium, including a home in an owner owned mobile home park. This can include contract preparation, review of all paperwork and closing documents and provide practical advise about a whole range of issues that go along with the purchase of a new home.

Consultation

The office is always available for consultation, however, the best way to initiate contact us is via email. This way, if I am not available to the telephone, I can still review your questions or issues at different times and days and get back to you without the telephone, message machines and missed calls. If your situation is something with which I can assist you, we can discuss any preliminary matters and questions in this manner and then schedule a phone conference or meeting.
